Cancellation Policy

Note: This website does not process online payments. The policy below is a general framework — final cancellation terms for a specific trip are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

General Guidelines

  • Cancellations made 15+ days before departure: partial refund of advance paid, minus administrative charges.
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before departure: 50% of advance paid may be forfeited.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of departure: advance payment is generally non-refundable due to prepaid hotel, permit and transport bookings.
  • No-shows on the day of departure are not eligible for any refund.

Force Majeure

In case of trip cancellation due to weather, government restrictions, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with travelers to reschedule where possible; refunds in such cases depend on recoverability from our vendors (hotels, transport, permit authorities).
